Most people arrive here for one of three reasons
If one of these is you, the conversation is usually short. Pick the closest and we will lead with the numbers that matter to you.Your on-premises PBX is end of life
The maintenance contract keeps climbing, spares are getting harder to source, and any upgrade means capital expenditure. Hosted removes the box and the contract with it.
Saves €5k–20k of hardware up frontYou run more than one site
Separate systems per office means separate bills, separate faults and a charge every time one branch rings another. One platform makes inter-office calls internal — and free.
Inter-office calling at zero costHalf your team is not in the office
Staff working from home are unreachable on the company number, or handing out mobiles. Softphone and Teams integration put everyone back on one switchboard, wherever they sit.
Every person reachable on their business numberWhat is included as standard
Ninety-odd features ship with the platform. These are the ones customers actually ask for in the first month.
Unlimited extensions
Add a person, add an extension. On the standard platform you pay for concurrent channels, not per seat, so headcount growth does not reprice your platform.
Keep your existing numbers
We port your geographic and toll-free numbers across. Your letterhead, your vans and your Google listing stay correct.
Call routing, queues and IVR
Multi-level menus, queues, ring groups, out-of-hours handling, call-back requests and music on hold — configured for how your business actually answers calls.
Softphone on every device
iOS, Android, Windows and macOS apps, available as an option. Flip a live call from the desk phone to a mobile and walk out the door.
Microsoft Teams calling
Direct Routing puts external calls inside Teams on your real business numbers, so staff use the tool they already have open.
Recording and voicemail to email
Encrypted call recording where you need it, and messages delivered to the inbox as audio so nothing sits unheard on a handset over a weekend.
Call reporting
Reporting on call volumes, missed calls and answer times — the numbers a manager is asked for. Live wallboards are available as an add-on.
Redundancy and disaster recovery
Failover is built into the platform rather than sold as an extra, so a single fault does not take your switchboard off the air.
Onboarding at no charge
Consultation, integration, configuration and staff training are included. There is no setup fee and no software to buy up front.
Three things most providers will not do for you
A phone system is the starting point. Where the real saving sits is in what you bolt onto it — and in whether your provider will build round your workflow instead of handing you a fixed menu.AI in your call flow
Not a website chatbot. This runs inside the phone system, on your own calls, with the output landing in your CRM.
- AI receptionist answering and routing
- Written call summaries after every call
- Sentiment analysis across the queue
- Speech to text and text to speech
Payment gateway
Take payment on the call without your staff ever handling card details, or send a pay-by-link over SMS or WhatsApp.
- Cards, Open Banking, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
- Pay by link over SMS, WhatsApp or email
- Integration and configuration included
- Staff onboarding on the payment flow included
Customised integration
We have our own development team. If the join between your phone system and the rest of your business does not exist yet, we will build it.
- Your CRM, not a shortlist of supported ones
- Call flows built around your process
- API access for your own developers
- Access control and door entry integration

What it costs
The platform is a flat monthly fee plus the concurrent channels you need. Channels are how many calls can be in progress at once — not how many people you employ. Most businesses need far fewer than they expect, and we size it with you from your current call records.A 12-person office with four channels: €30 platform + €40 channels = €70 a month, with unlimited extensions and calls charged on top at 2.5c to landlines.
| Item | What it covers | From |
|---|---|---|
| Platform | Unlimited extensions and 90+ features | €30 / month |
| Concurrent channels | Simultaneous calls, minimum of two | €10 / channel |
| Calls to landlines | Ireland and UK | 2.5c / min |
| Calls to mobiles | Ireland and UK | 12.5c / min |
| Site to site | Any of your offices calling any other | Free |
| Handsets | Yealink desk phones. Softphone apps also available | €45 once off |
| Onboarding | Consultation, configuration, integration and staff training | Included |
| AI, payments, integration, live wallboards, extended support and international emergency routing | All add-ons | Quoted after a needs analysis |

24/7 support, when your business needs it
Every account includes remote support during business hours. If your business does not stop at five, cover extends up to 24/7, built round how you actually operate.
Monday to Friday, 9 to 5
Remote technical support on the infrastructure we provide.
IncludedExtended and 24/7 support SLA
Cover beyond business hours, up to 24/7, for businesses where a silent line costs money.
Out of hours and onsite callout
No standing commitment. Remote assistance outside standard hours, or an engineer at your premises.
An IT firm was spending €182,000 a year on telecoms. We halved it.
Two hundred employees across three offices, running legacy on-premises systems. Costs were climbing, maintenance overhead was heavy, routing inefficiencies were hurting their own customer SLAs, and the platform could not keep up with hiring.
We deployed Cloud PBX across all three offices, removed every piece of on-premises PBX hardware, centralised call routing and IVR, and built in redundancy and disaster recovery. Scaling further now costs them nothing extra.
Running an on-premises system like theirs? We will show you what moving it would cost and save.
From first call to live, in about a fortnight
The part everyone worries about. Whatever the complexity, we guarantee zero downtime on the transition from your existing system — and you can run a proof of concept for up to two months before committing.Needs analysis
We review your current setup and what you want to improve. A call, a checklist, an email thread.

Live within 1 dayWhat sits underneath
If you are the person who will be asked whether this is sound, this section is for you.
Hosted on AWS
Distributed across availability zones with automated monitoring and mitigation, so no single machine is a point of failure.
Asterisk, in real time
Configuration is read from a database on demand rather than from flat files, so every change is active immediately and the load on each instance stays low.
Multi-tenant by design
Your records are isolated at tenant level while the platform is managed as one estate. Your virtual instance is customised to you.
Scales by adding servers
No state is held on any single Asterisk server, so a server can be removed from the cluster without disrupting service, and capacity grows by adding more.
Encrypted and GDPR compliant
Encrypted SIP and call recording, with data processing designed against GDPR from the outset rather than retrofitted.
What you need at your end
A broadband or fibre connection of 100Mbps or better, and either IP desk phones, softphones or mobile apps. That is the whole requirement.
Happy to go through the infrastructure with your IT team on a call.
Questions we are asked before signing
- Where does the saving actually come from?
- Three places. On the standard platform you pay for the number of calls that can happen at once, not for every person, so hiring does not raise the bill. Calls between your own offices cost nothing. And there is no phone system hardware to buy or maintain. We size it from your current bill and call records, so you are not paying for capacity you never use.
- Can our team work from anywhere?
- Yes. Each person has an extension that follows them: a desk phone in the office, the softphone app on iOS, Android, Windows or macOS at home or on the road, or Microsoft Teams. Customers reach them on the same business number wherever they are, and colleagues call each other on extensions as if they shared one office.
- Can we see how our calls are being handled?
- Yes. Reporting on call volumes, missed calls and answer times is standard, and so is call recording. Live wallboards showing queues and agents as it happens are available as an add-on, as is AI that writes call summaries and caller sentiment into your CRM — so a manager can see what was said as well as how long it took.
- Will customers still see our business, not our staff’s mobiles?
- Yes. Everyone calls out on your business numbers — from a desk phone, laptop, mobile app or Teams — so customers never end up with someone’s personal mobile. You keep your existing numbers, and menus, queues, out-of-hours messages and music on hold are set up to sound like your business.
- How does it save our staff time?
- Voicemail arrives in the inbox, calls move from desk phone to mobile without hanging up, and Teams users call from the tool they already have open. With the AI add-on, call summaries go straight into your CRM, so nobody types up notes after a call.
- Do we have to replace our phones?
- Usually not. Most SIP handsets from the last few years will register against our platform. Send us the make and model and we will confirm before you spend anything. Where a replacement is needed, Yealink handsets start at €45 once off.
- What happens to our calls if the internet goes down?
- Calls divert automatically to mobiles or to another site on a rule you set in advance. The platform itself sits across multiple availability zones, so an outage at your end does not take your switchboard off the air.
- Can we reach emergency services?
- Yes. Emergency calls route to the emergency services for the service address we hold for each user, which we set up during onboarding, so tell us when someone changes site. That also applies to agents helping callers abroad: dialling 112 reaches the services for the agent’s own address, not the caller’s. Routing to another country’s emergency services is a paid add-on where that country supports it. The full position is set out in our Terms.
- How accurate is the AI, really?
- Good enough to be useful on summaries, sentiment and routing. Not good enough to leave unsupervised on anything contractual. We would rather set that expectation now than oversell it — run it on your own calls during the proof of concept and judge it yourself.
